sorry if this has been asked before...
is it possible to download individual meta-packages? like firmware for 3945 wireless...
to be more specific, download the package on another computer, move it to my laptop and then use apt to install.

| I too use the 3945 for wireless. Knowing this, I grabbed the .deb package using the main PC (from here) and I now keep it on a USB pen. Whenever I reinstall sidux (after experimenting) I just transfer it to my laptop and use dpkg -i to install. |
