I aswered the question from this topic. I mentioned the name of program and gave link.
Now I can't find my response.
Is it possible that the answer disappeared because of database error?
Is it possible that moderator removed my answer without any notice? Why?

It would be polite to send a message - I know it's one of options when you remove a post.
I wouldn't feel like Lincoln Burrows from Prison Break Smile

Our rules are linked directly at the the front page http://sidux.com/index.php?module=pnWik ... ikiwelcome - I think this page is polite enough. Please do not take this personal, it's a legal necessity and we have it partially automated.

Greetings,
Chris

We are talking about 4. point of sidux Code of Conduct, are we? It's very imprecise. In my previous post I mentioned Prison Break - it's a video, it's copyrighted, I don't know if german or other law allows talking about such materials. If you removed this post, I could think that you prefer delete than discuss (nothing personal Smile)

You're right - if a discussion would put the entire sidux project (legally or financially) at risk, we prefer to simply delete. And no, we cannot be more precise for the very same reason. Feel free to discuss the legal background and details with me or any other sidux team member on our IRC channel.

By the way, it was not me moderating your post, I would however have done the same.

Greetings,
Chris

I'm in sidux team too and of course I care about success the distro. I'm not against deleting posts that can cause any problems. I would like to be informed that I haven't done anything bad, my help for others is appreciated, but my response might cause legal problems. I wouldn't be offended at automatic PM.
