Maybe this is just a local problem.
Everything seems to be working fine.
Anyone else notice Firestarter stopping,
then starting, and sometimes not loading at startup.
Then at shutdown sometimes it is stopping.
Tried remove --purge then install but it didn't change.
No other errors from #apt-get install -f.
Thanks for any ideas. |

| I've had problems with Firestarter. I set up the rules with firestarter and then removed Firestarter. |

It has been giving this problem since a d-u a month or so ago.
I just spent two weeks learning Ubuntu for a class I have to prepare. So didn't get to dig into this problem, yet.
Don't ask.
It's not as bad as expected.
It's not as good as expected.
It is usable if you don't want to fiddle about too much.
Learned enough to wing it; so, thankfully, back to sidux. |

| op4latino: Crust means once u have set up firestarter how u want your firewall- remove it. Firestarter just defines rules its not the actual firewall. |
