hmm, 17 dloads and no responds yet?
thanx raz for putting the news together, another milestone in sidux history! Smile
and thx to all the rest, who helped putting them together!

ps: two little thing though to "moan" about:
1. pdf shows me 5 pages, but only 3 have content, same with .odt!
2. the menu is in wrong order, i have h2's irrit-rants as the last entry and the bot-"interview" is on page 2?
i'm sure, it's only a small config-issue!
again, great work! Smile

Also, on page 3 of the PDF, the recipe for Frozen Berry Orange Bombe on the left gets interspersed with H2's rant on the right to produce the line:

Code:
Soften the chocolate ice cream. gently stir in crap with that

which, while hilarious, is presumably unintentional.

Thanks Raz for your time and effort in putting this first issue together! Good job to all who worked on it and to the contributors.

Good article Wirechief, highlights just how easy sidux is to use and what a great distro it is.

h2, as always thank you for all you do!

Enjoyed the download, didn't know until today that there was a mag. How often and when will it be published? Will there be a mailing list that you can sign up to and have it emailed to you?

A suggestion for an article AMD vs Intel. Since AMD bought ATI and they don't really support Linux how does it affect the feelings of the Linux/sidux community about purchasing more AMD products.

Thanks for the nice initiative.

I noticed the download link only appeared after I had logged in to the site/forum. Perhaps a direct link to the PDF, available to all visitors, would be useful?

Thanks for taking the time to put this together. Nice to have a mixture of subjects. I'm overrun with raspberries, strawberries and blueberries from the garden/allotment so I must try the bombe recipe.

Was this a one shot thing or will more be coming out? I enjoyed this one and I keep checking back for a new one. Is it being posted somewhere that I can't find?
