(original instructions from this post by moto)

1) After you downloaded one of the sidux*.iso files from the main http download server, make sure to check the md5sum
2) Open console and run:

chmod -o+rw /path/to/iso/SIDUX_flavour_you_downloaded.iso

3) Then go to http://linuxtracker.org/browse.php?cat=444 (thanks to catwalk), download the .torrent file (obviously donwload the one related to the .iso file you already downloaded) and place it in the same directory where you placed the .iso file.
4) Finally start your favourite bittorrent client and open the .torrent file

... when your bittorent client ask you where to save the .iso, tell it to "download it" to your already downloaded .iso

It will check the .iso for errors and then start to upload it

P.S: The sidux64-lite needs some love
