@spacepenguin

bitte verstehe mich nicht falsch, aber wie macht man ein eigenes Theme,oder solche übrigens sehr ansprechenden Anpassungen wie die von Dir dargestellten Folder-Symbole. Einfach gimp oder ähnliches nehmen ? In welchem Format müssen die Graphiken denn gespeichert werden und wie produziere ich daraus ein eigenes Theme ? Gibt es für Anfänger und auch nicht youngsters verständliche howto's oder vielleicht einen Link zum Lesen diesbezüglich ?

Es interessiert mich einfach wie man solche Dinge prinzipiell herstellt ?

@susa: das kannst du selbst in dein sidux einbauen: einfach das gewünschte Bild als shutdownkonq.png im Verzeichnis ~/.kde/share/apps/ksmserver/pics abspeichern.

@Steve`: ever seen green lava? Wink You could try to change that by yourself with gimp. In the color menu there's something like mapping ?? (Abbilden) - cycle colors (Farben drehen). In the upper part choose the red color and in the lower the green one. Maybe it's better to exclude the sidux logo from the selection first so it doesn't get recolored too. Have to admit I don't know what kind of green you mean, do you have the RGB or hex values?

@skyshow: Tutorials dafür kenne ich keine. Einfach Gimp nehmen und rumprobieren Smile. Kommt halt drauf an, was du machen willst. Ich arbeite z.B. die Icons in der Größe 128x128 aus (xcf-Format mit jeder Änderung/Ergänzung in einem eigenen Layer, so kann man gut verschiedene Kombinationen ausprobieren bzgl. Farbe/Größe/Positionierung... und auch mit Teiltransparenz arbeiten etc, Endergebnis dann png) und hab ein kleines Script geschrieben, daß mir die dann in die kleineren Größen umwandelt und nachschärft und in die nötige Verzeichnisstruktur einsortiert (siehe nuovext-black Theme). Aber ab KDE4 wird ja sowieso alles anders...

Grüne Lava? Nee, noch nie. Aber ich könnte die Datei einfach umbenennen, wenn das für mein Ziel hilfreich ist. Smile

Nee, ernsthaft, ich habs mit Gimp probiert. Superklasse. Ich gehöre ja zu den Leuten, die Gimp nichtmal im Ansatz blicken, aber mit Abbilden -> Farben drehen hat's super geklappt. Sogar ich als Vollfred habs geschnallt. Vielen Dank für den Tip, ich freu mich.

Edit: deleted picture converted to svg with inkscape, was too blurry etc.

Now exported single paths from gimp to svg and imported them into a single svg in inkscape. Did I already mention I hate inkscape and constructing pictures instead of creating them?

I'm having a positiong problem: in inkscape the items seem to be centered, in the exported png they are not.
