I've been trying to make SELinux work properly on Debian for a while, and now I'm trying on sidux... Most things work with the default profile, however, two notable things don't: networking and 3D.
- With networking, I have to run dhclient on eth0 as root after booting up; the networking initscripts don't seem to work properly. Likewise, NetworkManager doesn't connect to wired (and presumably wireless) networks, and furthermore blocks dhclient from working if it is run as root as previously described.
- OpenGL applications segfault on start. If I export LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT and try to use AIGLX to handle all 3D stuff, then X will crash when I try to run a 3D application. glxinfo always works fine, though.
Can anyone help me with these problems? Do I have to edit the SELinux default policy, or are there config files I can edit to correct this? |

| Update: apparently dhclient-as-root doesn't work any more, so no network access at all while SELinux is in enforcing mode. Can anyone help me out here? |
