Hi together,
since Monday last week you can buy the Asus eeePC 901 in Germany. From the beginning I used sidux (xfce) on the eeePC. After the update with smxi from the Kernel 2.6.25.9 to 2.6.26.3 the ethernet was running, but it was not possible to compile the orginal driver (RalinkTech) under the Kernel 2.6.26.3 for WLAN.
After the correction of vedawalter-de it is running now
You can download the driver (patched) under:

Copy the file DPO_RT28xx_660_LinuxSTA_V1.7.0.0-wg.tar.bz2
to /tmp and unpack it as root .
After
make && make install
you can lod the new patch driver with modprobe rt2860sta.
Please read the file README.STA and follow the instructions for WPA und WEP.
Now the eeePC 901will running completly under sidux:
Bluetooth,
Ethernet and
Wlan
are running very well.
