I'm having problems with flash. It never fails. I got to use something that needs flash and then I get the message, ''Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page. [Install Missing Plugins...]
This application requires flash plugin version X or higher.'
So, what method is the recommended one for installing Flash in sidux?
Going to the site and downloading and then extracting the tar gzip file?
I currently have 'flashplugin-nonfree' installed. Apparently, it doesn't matter.
Edit: It's now working but it is strange (why) and I don't get it.
I also needed Macromedia Flash Player for the site to run properly but it seems flashplugin-nonfree would then be uninstalled if I install the Macromedia one. Why? Aren't they both Adobe? |

macromedia.com is an Adobe site, so I'd think so..
Don't know about 'recommended', but I got mine from Adobe, and everything I can find works okay. (Downloaded, extracted, installed.)
