Post subject: search multiple forums English query

Hi
In searching forum....I know I can pulldown Category Pulldown and select English forum.
This appears to allow searching of all English forums and that is ok.
2) Some other forums like linuxquestions...allow you to (for a right handed mouse user)
hold the Control key AND left hand click each forum you wish to search.
So in pulling down the Forum pulldown option .....so far I can only click on one forum at a time.
For example....I might like to search the news, bugs and software....for a particular search.
Does the feature exist please?
Thanks in advance for any info you can share.
I am a sidux newbie but intermediate Linux user so feel free to be as blunt as you like.
If it matters, I am using the generic non-sidux firefox web browser.
but I also tried in Konqueror (sidux edition)
