Post subject: Dist-upgrade to install libc6-amd64, is this OK on i686/x32?

Dist upgrade wants to remove checkgmail and install libc6-amd64
(I am running the x32/i686 Version not x64)
Calculating upgrade... Done

Ok, i did a update again and this time it does not want to remove checkgmail
How do i find out what packages want to install libc6-amd64?
If I am running the i686/X32 must I worry that libc6-amd64 is being installed?

i dont know what pulls in libc6-amd64, but its not doing any harm here
dont worry about it
its just some compatibility lib .. seems for strace

btw, i just googled 'libc6-amd64' and looked at one that seemed to have real info on it |
