oh, that was a bitch for me to fix (I think I fixed it). The reason is that the postinst script runs other script that downloads from a third party website. The website times out then then apt-get complains.

The wait I fixed was killing the last-minute.sh script, reinstall the packages, (kill again the script) and install flash from you know which repo

I had this as well (on 32 bit system).

I had to remove any instance of flashplugin-nonfree then run 'dkpg --configure -a' and then run apt-get purge flashplugin-nonfree.

not bad considering im not much of a Linux guru.

once that was done then i installed the free version of flash and had no problems.

this problem kill my sidux... ": dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.
"

But "pkg --configure -a" Brings no help-.. becourse he never ends to config this file "Flashplayer-nonfree"

The source of this problem is this bug http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=486228

Now that http://people.debian.org/ is available again, the problem is solved.

Best Regards,
Sordon

The bug remains, though.
Greetings,
Chris

Hmm,

this bug is bad, because it can destroy the dpkg/status file, I've installed a minimal pure sid to test kde4.1 from experimental, and I've "killed" this test system with installing the flashplugin-nonfree package. To follow the instruction "run dpkg --cofigure -a" is a mistake in this case, because it destroys the dpkg/staus.old file.

With best regards,
Holger
