Post subject: downgrade Iceweasel

Iceweasel 3 is slower than 2, won't use my favorite addons, and doesn't handle some web pages as well as 2.
I have already removed 3. What's the easiest way to get 2 back on? |

dpkg -i /var/cache/apt/archives/iceweasel_<TAB><TAB>
and <TAB> your way through to the newest non-3 version. Alternatively,
Code:
apt-get install -t testing iceweasel
should work, too. |

| Thanks, severin. The dpkg method worked. The apt-get wanted to reinstall version 3. |

you probably have no line for testing repo in your sources.list or, if its there, its commented out.
