hi all
I've already posted the same question in the german forum, so far no one who could help me. So here's my problem:
I recompiled the kernel I got from the sidux kernel source (linux-source-kernel-sidux) with the extra options toshiba support in cpu and toshiba_acpi in acpi 'cause I got a Toshiba Tecra M3.
The first problem now is that I see only a black screen in runlevel 3. Although I can solve the problem with bootcheat vga=0 I'm not very satisfied with that and I'd like to have an answer why this problem occurs.
Second problem occurs when I run toshset to activate bluetooth. Toshsets output is that I have a non-supported Laptop where's the problem here? I'm pretty sure that my bios is a toshiba bios and not a phoenix one.
Anybody who can help? |
