hello everyone,
i installed azureus and when i started it up it told me that there was an update to version 2.5.0.2, the version i had was 2.5.0.0. so i figured i would let it update iteslf. when i restarted azureus i got the following error message.
Code:
SWT library loaded from "/usr/share/java" can't be automatically updated from version 3235 to 3318 ( must be loaded from "/home/ih8u/.azureus").
after looking in google for it i found that some distro's won't let this library update itself so my question is how to i update this library or am i better off waiting for the new version to hit sid's repos.
EDIT: azureus works just fine after apt-get remove --purge azureus, then deleting both $HOME/.azureus and $HOME/.Azureus and then reinstalling azureus |

| Basicly it's probably better to wait until the package appears in Sid, also the safest way to keep the system more stable and easily upgradable. |
