Code:
dmr@skynet:~$ acpi -V
No support for device type: battery
     Thermal 1: ok, 41.0 degrees C
No support for device type: ac_adapter

This is a relatively new regression, kelmo suggested in irc it may pertain to the 2.6.25 kernel. I would obviously like to be able to find my battery life with acpi.

Code:
dmr@skynet:~$ infobash -v3

I was trying the figure out the other day how much charge I had using cat /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/*, but it was giving me a file no found error. However. I think this is fixed in >= 2.6.25.2-2
