As you can read here, etch can get released anytime today or tomorrow.That means for us, sid will get many packages from the waiting queue from experimental.
So please be extremely carefull with dist-upgrades for a while and read the warnings here before upgrading.
In this situation we cannot guarantee, that we can filter all broken packages fast enough, so best practice is to not dist-upgrade for a couple days, until the dust has settled.
Edit: Etch was released some 8 hours ago.
